I, however, may not have good taste. Just because I imagine something to be true, doesn’t mean it is. That is why going to taste your cake is so important.
Another reason it’s important to taste the cake beforehand is texture and visual appeal. I know a lot of popular cakes today are using a fondant frosting, but, personally, that isn’t my flavor.
