You are consuming more calories than you burn

You are burning fewer calories than you consume

You can eat meat, but try the one that is cooked in the oven, baked, boiled, grilled, dried, cooked by steaming or boiled. If you want to eat beef, try chunks of lean meat, such as coast or muscle.
