Solar energy is a clean energy that protects the environment. Its works only from sun light et therefore produces no gas emissions, that we know are responsible for global warming.
On a personal level, advantages of solar energy are also very noticeable. Heat is used to produce energy. Sun light is the source of heat which warms a fluid which in turns will cause a turbine to work. This turbine will transmit the impulsion needed to produce electricity.
Thanks to photovoltaic technology the heat collected from sunlight can also be stored. Solar energy has three major advantages:
it uses all the sun’s rays from ultraviolet to infrared
It produces an alternating current which allows to be directly hooked up to the electric network using it
Although the source is not conventional the technical means used to convert the energy are conventional and therefore are using proven technologies.
